Raya Malaya

Raya Malaya is the newest branch of The Raya School, a progressive learning community dedicated to helping children discover themselves, their roots, and the world around them.

Our Preschool and Grade School Programs, developed through more than 20 years of experience at The Raya School, nurture children’s curiosity through meaningful, theme-based learning. Each lesson integrates literacy, numeracy, science, the arts, and Filipino identity in ways that connect to a child’s everyday life.

At Raya Malaya, we cultivate a genuine love for reading, an inclination toward science, and a strong sense of country. Our classrooms are designed to be child-centered, play-oriented, and discovery-based, creating a joyful, intellectually engaging, and inclusive environment where children grow freely and meaningfully.

Admissions

Entry age by June  of the target school year

  • For prenursery, students should be at least 1 year and 10 months

  • For nursery 1, students should be at least 2 years and 10 months

  • For nursery 2, students should be at least 3 years and 10 months

  • For kinder, students should be at least 4 years and 10 months

  • For grade 1, students should be at least 6 years old

  • For grade 2, students should be at least 6 years and 10 months

The Raya School shall contact you after these forms have been submitted, to schedule your child’s entry assessment session as well as the parents’ interview.

At your parents’ interview, you should bring the following entrance requirements:

  • one 2×2 picture of your child

  • a family picture (3×5)

  • a medical certificate stating that your child is fit to go to school

  • a good moral character certificate

  • an original copy of your child’s birth certificate (PSA)

  • a photocopy of your child’s progress report from their previous school

  • a recommendation form

Raya Entry Assessment has a fee of Php 1,000.00.
