Application Process
Download the Application Form, Recommendation Form, and Inclusive Education Waiver or Development History Form.
Raya Recommendation Form (can be submitted by the recommender via email or in a sealed envelope)
Raya Inclusive Education Waiver (not applicable for students who already have a prior or current diagnosis)
Raya Inclusive Education Development History Form (this will help us better understand the student’s background and ensure that we can provide the appropriate support in school)

Raya Kalinga shall contact you after these forms have been submitted, to schedule your child’s entry assessment session as well as the parents’ interview.
At your parents’ interview, you should bring the following entrance requirements:
a 2×2 picture of your child
a family picture (3×5)
a medical certificate stating that your child is fit to go to school
an original copy of your child’s birth certificate (PSA)
Raya Entry Assessment has a fee of Php 1,000.00.
